Key Responsibilities Building relationships with the community Strategising and executing social media campaigns to grow and engage community Communicating with the community customer support and managing feedback Analysing campaigns and preparing reports on community insights Requirements Experience in building a community Strong copywriting skills Social media experience Some PR experience preferred.
