Position Summary

  • Cátenon India is looking for a Consultant / Senior Research Associate for IT to join our Pune office immediately. The role combines full-cycle recruitment, candidate management, people management and client management. The role will require excellent facilitation and people skills. The ability to work within a multicultural and rapidly changing environment will be needed.

Responsibilities

Recruitment:

  • To implement search strategy for sourcing candidates via multiple channels for extremely challenging positions around the globe for our clients across all industry verticals
  • To conduct company mapping across all verticals
  • Leverage our cutting edge technology tools and other social media to reach candidates

Candidate Relationship Management:

  • To interact with candidates from various nationalities and industries in order to evaluate the candidates and motivate them to pursue the opportunity with our clients
  • Headhunting: Finding and approaching candidates for executive or specialist jobs
  • Screening, interviewing and short-listing potential candidates
  • Coaching and leading candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
  • Helping candidates identify and achieve their career goals, and encouraging continuing professional development

People Management:

  • To interact with Cátenon consultants from our global offices on a daily basis
  • To interact with the operations platform and provide support as required
  • Coach and mentor the team in their daily processes

Client Management:

  • To understand client’s requirements and translate the same into a search and evaluation plan
  • Getting to know how client companies operate and understanding their culture
  • To present the final evaluated candidates and advise the client on their suitability
  • Assist the client in negotiations with the candidates such that we reach optimum outcome for all stakeholders
  • To assist the consultants and clients in bringing the candidates on board

Qualifications

  • A Bachelors or Masters degree in any discipline
  • 0 to 7 years of end to end recruitment experience
  • Ability to build & work with a team
  • Excellent English language skills along with good presentation skills
  • Ambitious, confident, and results driven along with a positive attitude towards work
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work within deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and interest in building client relationships
