• Work alongside marketing and product teams, to streamline content and maintain consistent tone of voice
  • Writing and editing content for web and mobile experiences.
  • Conceptualise and champion new ways to build community and engage with LazyPay’s user base
  • Ensure consistency across touch-points: app, on-boarding, marketing campaigns, transactional communications and more.
  • Take the lead on social media – conceptualise and own long-term properties to keep LazyPay relevant to customers
  • Understand user lifecycles in detail, and craft campaigns that improve adoption of features.
