You will work with an advanced and internally-designed recruiting system to maintain application pipelines, capture relevant interview data and be the first line of support for the candidates during their online application.

In this role, you will screen candidates’ profiles and track their interview process. You will help schedule interviews, generate simple to complex reports critical in analyzing current recruiting strategies, make recommendations to a more efficient process and build a reliable data resource in the firm.

You will also be the go-to person of the recruiting community in terms of helping resolve recruiting system issues and sharing of best practices.
